Origin
Raquel Castillo is a contemporary artisan jewelry brand named after its founder, a 33-year-old Murcian who has made this craft her way of life.
The brand was born from the hand of Raquel Castillo , an artisan jeweler who combines tradition and contemporaneity in each piece.
Her roots are deeply connected to creativity: her grandmother, a gold merchant who traveled around the towns of Murcia by car selling jewelry; and her mother, trained at the School of Arts under a system similar to the Bauhaus, where workshops fed off each other. She grew up among blueprints, drawing tables, fabrics, and glittering treasures, discovering that art isn't just contemplated: it's experienced and shared.
At 22, when she first cast silver, Raquel found the language to express her inner world. Since then, her path has been marked by learning, experimentation, and a constant curiosity that today defines the brand's identity.

Path
The training and experience of its founder are the foundation on which the Raquel Castillo brand is built:
Murcia (2014-2016) - Jewelry and Goldsmith Technician.
London (2016-2019) - Three years working in jewelry workshops, with her own studio in her bedroom, taking courses and discovering contemporary jewelry. Internship with sculptor and jeweler Silvina Soria in Notting Hill.
Barcelona (2018) - Specialization in stone setting at Sjorcg School.
Murcia (2019-2021) - Higher Degree in Artistic Jewelry and Design at the School of Art of Murcia.
Tallinn (2021) - Erasmus internship with contemporary jeweler Tanel Veenre in Tallinn, Estonia.
Current Events – Since 2021, Raquel Castillo Joyería has been running her own workshop in Murcia, where she designs and produces each piece from start to finish using artisanal processes such as lost-wax casting, microfusion, and other processes.
The brand also grows through training and collaboration . Raquel is the founder of the workshops "From Wax to Silver / Create Your Jewelry," where she shares her passion by teaching introductory jewelry techniques and promoting a human and creative approach to the craft. She has also collaborated with other jewelry stores and projects, highlighting her work as coordinator of the Aristocrazy talent incubator , where she was responsible for seeking emerging talent in Spain and supporting them in the design and collection creation processes.
Inspiration
Raquel is inspired by architecture, travel, and the social moments that mark history... but also, and above all, by the people around her: their stories, what they share, and how each connection transforms into creation.
Each piece is a blend of experience, technique, and emotion. These are jewels made to last, to accompany, and to tell stories.
And here she is, with a heart and hands ready to share her passion with the world. Thank you so much for joining her on one of the greatest adventures of her life.
