Are all the pieces handmade?
Yes. Each piece of jewelry is designed and handcrafted in my workshop in Murcia. This means that no two pieces are ever identical; each one has its own unique essence.
Can I order a personalized piece of jewelry?
Yes, I work by hand to create unique pieces. Silver orders have a minimum of €100. Production time is between 20 days and a month and a half, depending on the complexity.
Can I contribute gold for recycling in my order?
Yes, you can bring your own gold, and I'll reuse it in your piece's design. It's a sustainable way to give new life to materials with sentimental value.
What is the difference between gold plating and gold plating?
Gold plating is a very thin layer applied to the piece, which can wear off with use. Gold plating is thicker and therefore more durable.
What is white gold?
White gold is obtained by mixing yellow gold with white metals (such as palladium or nickel). It is then often coated with rhodium to give it a more lustrous finish.
What is rhodium plating?
It's a coating of rhodium, a precious metal, applied over white gold to make it appear whiter and brighter. It can wear off with use and can be reapplied.
How can I know my ring size?
You can measure your finger at home following some simple guidelines (I'll provide a guide). It's important to do this accurately so your ring fits perfectly. If there's still an error, we can adjust the size later.
How will I receive my jewelry?
All pieces are shipped in careful, plastic-free packaging, accompanied by a cotton bag for storage and a certificate of authenticity.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 48 hours to a week. Custom orders take between 20 days and a month and a half, depending on the complexity. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated before payment based on the delivery address. For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, if you're in Murcia, we can arrange to pick you up at the workshop. Write to me to arrange this.
My piece has darkened, how do I clean it?
Silver can darken naturally over time. You can clean it with a jewelry-specific cloth. If it needs a deeper cleaning or a gold plating refinished, you can bring it to the workshop.
Can I return or exchange my order?
- Online purchases: You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange, refund, or voucher. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Custom pieces: returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defects.
- Size change: If the ring doesn't fit you properly, you can send it to me and I'll adjust it (shipping costs are your responsibility).
- Defective items or an error in the order: I take responsibility for everything and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Do you offer jewelry workshops?
Yes, I offer workshops in Murcia so you can learn basic techniques and create your own handmade piece. They're designed for both beginners and those with some experience.
Do I need prior knowledge to attend a workshop?
No, the workshops are designed for all levels. I'll guide you step by step through the process.
Can I gift a workshop to someone else?
Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher for the person to use on any date they prefer.
